3. Service providers

Form submissions may be stored using Supabase and notification emails may be sent through Resend. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver database and email infrastructure. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or necessary to protect the website, users, or others.

4. Sale and marketing

DuoTopo does not sell personal information. We do not currently use evaluation-request information for unrelated advertising or automated marketing subscriptions.

5. Retention

We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to review and respond to the request, maintain appropriate business records, protect the service, or meet applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary with the nature of the inquiry.
